Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Our Role
Holiday and Flights LTD ("we", "us", "our") acts as a travel agent for airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers unless otherwise stated.
Your contract for travel services is with the relevant airline, hotel or travel supplier. Our responsibility is limited to arranging the booking on your behalf.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until:
we have received any required payment;
the supplier has accepted the booking; and
we have issued your booking confirmation or ticket.
Quoted fares are subject to availability and may change before ticket issuance.
3. Prices and Fare Changes
Airfares, taxes, airport charges and supplier fees are subject to change until tickets have been issued.
If the fare increases before ticket issuance, you will be informed and asked to pay the difference before your ticket is issued.
If you choose not to proceed, any refund will be subject to the applicable airline fare rules.
4. Deposits and Payments
Where a deposit is accepted, it forms part-payment towards your booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable where permitted under the applicable airline or supplier fare rules.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking and any applicable cancellation charges.
5. Cancellation by the Passenger
Before ticket issuance, cancellation requests will be handled according to the applicable supplier's booking conditions.
After ticket issuance, refunds are subject to:
the airline's fare rules;
supplier conditions; and
any administration fees advised before processing.
Some promotional or discounted fares are completely non-refundable.
6. Changes Requested by the Passenger
Changes after ticket issuance are subject to:
airline approval;
fare conditions;
seat availability; and
payment of any applicable fare difference and change fees.
Name changes are generally not permitted once tickets have been issued unless expressly allowed by the airline.
Tickets are non-transferable.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
your name exactly matches your passport;
your travel dates are correct;
